Accelerated Reader: Please note that there has been a significant spike in the number of referrals to the office due to testing. Since this is the last week of A.R., you may want to consider a closer vigilance when students are taking A.R. tests. We've had situations of students taking tests for peers from other classrooms to students reading questions and then taking their own test.
Upcoming 6th Grade Meeting: This is for parents of this year's 5th graders. It is being led by Darla Barkley.
Steel Drum Assembly: The assembly will take approx. 45 minutes and will be held in the gym; We currently have two times we are looking at; 10:45 am and 1:30 pm. We are having the steel drum assembly students spend some time with the fifth graders, so you are bound to notice unfamiliar faces. More specific information to come.
Kinder Roundup: FYI-This is designed for next year's kindergarten students. Parents will get a brief orientation, Q & A, students a bus ride, and a tour of the kinder classrooms
