Staff Network Accounts: Please note email sent out by ITC regarding the work that will be done this Tuesday to all Carson teacher laptops. This means that it will automatically happen when you fire up your computer. Please plan for some wait time.
All School Picture: Dorian Photography will be here on Wednesday to take a picture of all our students. We should all be out at the front of the school by 9:00 am. You may want to encourage that all of your students by here due to the fact that this picture will be displayed in our school as representative of our first year. You are encouraged to invite parents of pm kinder and preschool to bring their children for the photograph (but not leave children here early). The picture will also be available for purchase by our families.
Kudos Pizza w/Principal: We've drawn the names for the last Carson Kudos Pizza lunch. Since we don't have first or sixth graders on the list, we will have our last one this Friday.
6th Grade Celebration: This is designed to by our 6th grade graduation, although we're calling it a celebration. Due to this event, we will be having lunch in the classrooms today. This will give everyone the opportunity to visit memory lane with lunches pre-cafeteria (hopefully it is not soup).
Report Cards: Please be sure to include the checking off of support services on the report card. When Karen runs the final, the attendance info will be updated. Specialists: Please communicate with the classroom teachers if you will be adding comments so that it is coordinated with the first printing.
Wa Arts Commission: You may have noticed the fish that are now located in the foyer as you exit the office and the fish in the library. These are 'extra' touches that the artist has incorporated into the design. If you like them, please take the opportunity to let him know that they are appreciated. Currently the foundation and concrete work outside has been worked on in preparation for the actual piece to be installed. His container was held in customs for two weeks. It is anticipated to be installed later this week.
