Bridges Workshop at Carson: Bridges Math Training will take place in the commons at Carson on Wednesday, February 1st from 12:30-3:30 pm. We are on your own for lunch. Thanks in advance for being on time for our session with Janis Heigl at 12:30 pm.
A Big Date: Please note that our Bingo Night is set for Friday, March 23rd. We will again be doing the baskets by classrooms. More information to come on this but we wanted to assure that everyone has enough of a heads up to save the date and to prepare.
Students and Cell Phones: Please be sure that students are not carrying their cell phones in their pockets during the school day (even if they're turned off). The expectation is that a permission form is filed in the office before cell phones are brought to school, and cell phones are turned off and kept in backpacks throughout the school day. Any communication to or from home needs to occur using school telephones. Infractions should result in the cell phone being sent to the office.
Snow Make-Up Days: Please note that the three make up days are March 9, May 25, and June 19. If you are planning on requesting being absent on the dates listed above, you may want to review your contract to see if/how these dates may impact your plans.
