Picture Retakes/Make Ups: Tuesday, November 13. They will begin at 8:40 a.m. and then return in the afternoon at 1:30 to do the afternoon kindergartens and preschool.
Science Kits: Kits will be picked up from Carson on Wednesday, November 14. Your kits will need to be in the foyer before you leave on Tuesday, November 13
Climbing Wall: You may have noticed that Lynne has opened the climbing wall during P.E. Although there are cosmetic corrections that still need to be addressed it is sound to use. If you are interested in weaving this into your PE time or using it during non school time, you will need to first get a brief inservice from Lynne in which she will cover: set-up, take-down, securing ties, climbing guidelines, etc.
Veterans Day: There is a video regarding Veteran's Day on the Xchange folder. Apparently, most of the Carson laptops did not get imaged correctly in order to play the video. Miles is working on a work around. If you are interested, click on the following link and download iTunes 7 which will also include the Quicktime player. http://www.apple.com/itunes/

CCTV: It still isn't running properly, but we have decided to McGyver the darn thing. This means that we will most likely have our first CCTV broadcast this Wednesday. More info to come.
Coyote Chat: FYI-These are once a month meetings when parents have an opportunity to visit with Miles and Arturo to convey concerns, considerations, compliments, or simply ask questions. The Coyote Chat alternates each month so that they are either in the morning or afternoon.

Shirts Sale: Beginning Tuesday, November 13, there will be a rack of sample clothing in the lounge for you to look through. These items are available to order in the colors listed on the label on the front of each item. Order forms are in a folder on the bulletin board in the lounge. Return your orders to Karen. On the order form be sure to include your name, item # from the tag inside the clothing, color (from the label on the outside of the clothing), size, price, which logo you would like (1,2, or 3), logo price add ($5.00). See Karen if you have any questions. The catalogs are in the staff room and marked where each item can be found. Reference the #'s on the outside labels. ALL orders and $$ are due to Karen by 12:00 on Wednesday, November 21.

Sample Report Card Images: Miles is emailing sample report card images for you to preview so you know what your printed report cards will look like. Thanks again Crystal for the terrific trainings last week!
